The artist writes, “Movement - Eye – Hand. The hand acts as an extension for the eye, how an observation is carved into the plate, the sheet and perpetuates the fleeting moods. Working with graphics is a purely physical experience; a black sooty line accentuates movements, rhythms and shape, which intensifies the expression. The dual and opposing interests me as a reflection, twins, front / back, comes / goes.”
